POINTSTREAK UPGRADES XSL STATISTICS

Printable boxscores now available online

CHICAGO (Feb. 25, 2009) -- The Xtreme Soccer League and Pointstreak Inc. are pleased to announce the implementation of an improved statistics program and user interface for XSL games.

Originally developed for the National Lacrosse League, Pointstreak's system provides users a clean and accessible display of statistics, advanced sorting capability and printable final boxscores. They can be accessed via the Stats link at xtremesl.net, or through Pointstreak.com.

These upgrades also address many of the inconsistencies associated with XSL statistics through the first half of the league's inaugural season.

"Pointstreak has earnestly and diligently worked with the XSL to address some of the shortcomings identified through the first 20 games," said Michael Lafferty, chief operating officer of the XSL. "We appreciate their attitude of cooperation and feel it's resulted in a great improvement for our fans, our players and our employees."

"We would like to thank our partners the XSL for their patience and understanding while we continue to refine our application so that it provides a true reflection of the nuances in the indoor soccer game," said Ken Cook, chief operating officer of Pointstreak.

Pointstreak is the leading provider of real-time scoring and advanced league administration and statistical systems for league-based sports organizations.
